Member and President of the Party for Full Emancipation of the Roma. Born in Skopje in 1937. Roma. Graduated from the University in Skopje. He was the first Roma member of Parliament in the previous parliamentary composition. He lives in the biggest Roma community Shuto Orizari-Skopje Macedonia
